1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are strictly subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking shall be considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
The company reserves the right to decline any booking without assigning any reason.
Package rates are calculated based on current airfare, hotel tariffs, taxes, and currency exchange rates. Any increase in these components before final payment may affect the total package cost.

An initial booking amount is mandatory to secure reservations.
The remaining balance must be cleared before the travel date as per the payment schedule shared by the company.
Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of services without prior notice.
All payments once made towards the booking are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
