Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication.
  • Cancellation charges will be applicable as per airline, hotel, cruise, transport, and other service provider policies.
  • During peak season, festive periods, long weekends, honeymoon offers, or promotional bookings, certain services may be completely non-refundable.
  • Visa fees, insurance charges, service charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Refund processing may take approximately 15–45 working days depending upon the respective supplier and banking procedures.
  • No refund shall be provided for unused services, missed tours, no-shows, or early departures from the trip.

Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

  • All travelers must carry a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents, visas, permits, and identification.
  • Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
  • The company shall not be held responsible for visa rejection, delays, insufficient documentation, or immigration clearance issues.
  • Any financial loss arising due to visa refusal or delayed approvals shall be borne entirely by the traveler.

Flight & Airline Policy

  • Airfare is dynamic and subject to change until the ticket is issued.
  • Flight schedules, baggage allowance, seat assignments, and airline services are governed entirely by airline regulations.
  • The company is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, or operational disruptions caused by airlines.
  • Any additional expenses arising due to airline changes or delays shall be payable directly by the traveler.

Hotel Accommodation Policy

  • Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply as per hotel regulations.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Hotel star ratings and facilities may vary according to destination standards and local tourism regulations.
  • In case the mentioned hotel becomes unavailable, a similar category hotel will be arranged.
  • Hotel management reserves the right to deny accommodation in case of inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with hotel rules.

Sightseeing, Tours & Transfers

  • All sightseeing tours and transfers operate as per local weather conditions, traffic regulations, and operational timings.
  • Certain attractions may remain closed due to maintenance, public holidays, weather conditions, or government restrictions without prior notice.
  • No refund will be provided for missed sightseeing or unused services due to late arrivals, personal reasons, illness, or adverse weather conditions.
  • Shared transfers and tours shall operate according to fixed schedules determined by local operators.
